Full of Beans is about the abundant health and wellness from a plant-based diet and vegan lifestyle. We are a husband and wife who are passionate about sharing this with others and helping them thrive.
We like to say that we are about “Vegan Living in the Real World”. When you see a recipe on this site it means we just made it for dinner (or lunch, breakfast, etc) and someone is waiting to eat while we take photos (usually Greg!).
In the same way, any tips that we share are ones that make a difference to us.
Who are we? We met in our teens, got married at 20 and are now excited about facing the second half of our lives having raised two children. Georgia currently works full time as a Registered Nurse and Greg is a full time Graphic Designer/Photographer and part time Personal Trainer. Our lives are busy and full.
During our adult lives we have generally tried to live a “healthy” life (better than the standard American diet) gradually moving toward a vegetarian diet. Recently we became convinced about the impact a whole food, plant-based (WFPB) diet has on our wellness, fitness, animal welfare, and the environment. We started Full of Beans in order to share our experiences and knowledge, and to promote a joyful, compassionate, plant-based lifestyle.
Our goal is always to help you live the fullest, healthiest, most joyful compassionate life possible.
Please join us for recipes, lifestyle tips, fitness ideas, and thoughtful discussion about a joyful, compassionate, vegan life.
You can also find us on YouTube where we share bit of our day, things that work for us, and encouragement. Here is an example of what you can expect on our channel.
On this site we occasionally recommend products, and we also include selected items on our Shop page. Often these are affiliate links (such as at Amazon) and we receive a small percentage for directing readers to the products when a sale is made. These products are ones that we use ourselves and can honestly endorse. We are not compensated for reviews or our opinions of these products – our comments are 100% our own. In the few instances where we have a financial interest (sponsored or affiliate) in a product we let you know.
