Description
Tangy marinade with a hint of spicy heat. Perfect for tofu, strips, mild plant meat shreds, or shredded jackfruit
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Zest and juice of 2 limes (approximately 1/3 cup juice and 2T zest)
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- few grinds of black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl or jar
- whisk or shake until fully mixed
Notes
Tip: zest the limes before juicing!
