DIY Soy-Free Raw Nut Milk in Ten Minutes

This Soy-free Raw Nut Milk recipe is a fast, easy and affordable way to make plant based milk. It requires no soaking, filtering or straining and can be made in a blender in 5 minutes.



  • 1/2 cup organic raw nuts (I found a great mix of organic cashews, macadamias and walnuts that I have been using.)
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 12 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes
  2. Adjust sweetness to taste
  3. Chill
  4. Enjoy
