This Soy-free Raw Nut Milk recipe is a fast, easy and affordable way to make plant based milk. It requires no soaking, filtering or straining and can be made in a blender in 5 minutes.
- 1/2 cup organic raw nuts (I found a great mix of organic cashews, macadamias and walnuts that I have been using.)
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1–2 Tbs maple syrup
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- Blend all ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes
- Adjust sweetness to taste
